Florence + The Machine Release ‘Sky Full of Song’

After a three-year break, English indie-rock band, Florence and The Machine have released a new single entitled ‘Sky Full of Song’. Unfortunately, the band hasn’t released any further, official information on any ongoing releases or a new album, however, they have given fans a treat with their latest release.

Those who were a fan of ‘What The Water Gave Me’ will love a ‘SKY FULL OF SONG’ as it bears the same simple guitar strings but with the same sophisticated and magical lyrics such as “I couldn’t hide from the thunder in a sky full of song”. Welch’s voice is strong and melodic throughout the song, making you feel as if you yourself are flying through a sky full of song.

Florence and the Machine (stylised as Florence + the Machine) are an English indie rock band that formed in London in 2007, consisting of vocalist Florence Welch and keyboardist Isabella Summers. The band’s music is renowned for its dramatic and eccentric production and also Welch’s powerful vocal performances. Since forming the band has won two Brit Awards, one MTV award and has been nominated six times at the Grammy Awards.
