Edward RussellSinger-songwriter Isaac Gracie has unveiled the video for ‘Running On Empty’, the latest single from his widely adored self-titled debut album. Directed by Stephen Agnew (Wolf Alice, Royal Blood, Drenge), the video is a twist on the typical behind the scenes footage of the recording process, subtly referencing various recording stories throughout the music industry. From the start, Agnew set out to reference Gracie’s timeless nature “whilst exploring the more esoteric elements of music heritage… playing with the stories that surround the recording process.”
At only twenty-three, Gracie has already been making a name for himself, with the release of his debut album solidifying his place as a British superstar in the making. There is always something special about witnessing an artist just as they’re breaking out into their well-deserved popularity, and it’s safe to say that Isaac Gracie is one of these artists.
