Another song called “So Good”, but this isn’t a cover of the Louisa Johnson song, or the Zara Larsson song; instead it’s an original by Amery and it showcases his amazing vocals effortlessly. Released on 30 March 2017, this is a single you need to add to your collection.
The whole song is introduced with a piano, which accompanies Amery throughout the track. It gives jovial vibes that work perfectly with his vocal range. His falsetto is perfection, creating a positive energy in every listener of the song. We’re all there with you, Amery, feeling so good.
The track is totally aesthetically pleasing, creating a happy vibe amongst the audience; you’ll be grateful you heard “So Good”. It’s quite groovy and not your typical pop song, but that’s a good thing because Amery is creating a spot for himself within the music industry.
Of the song, Amery said: “This song is reminiscent of a high school memory. I had just moved to a different school and saw that girl. I was so shy at the time and just really scared to talk to any girls because I had lost faith in love following a difficult breakup. My friends had to go and ask for her number! As it turned out, she was interested in me as much as I was in her. We started dating and I suddenly felt like I was brought back to life.”
He went on to say: “With ‘So Good’, I want people to get back to that feeling they experienced when they met their first crush or love of their life. I want to bring them back to where it all started.”
“So Good” is available to download and stream now.
